The Forge is a traditional sandstone building with its own gardens within the grounds of the Mill hotel only 2 miles from Gretna Green.
Enjoy the best of both worlds in the privacy of this church-like setting. With its open timber roof and candlelit ceremonies couples can be married over the anvil with either a civil or religious ceremony.
The Mill hotel is a listed building dated circa 1740, the farm & millhouse have been converted to form a restaurant & chalet style accommodation. The original features have been kept wherever possible while incorporating modern amenities.
We have 33 en-suite chalets comprised of single, double, family rooms and of course Bridal Suites. The restaurant boasts 3 separate reception rooms which are suitable for large or small parties.
